"It’s hard to find good customer service these days. But the staff @ Team Jackson have always been extremely helpful. Erica recently went above and beyond to assist in getting my windshield repaired! Making the process much less of a hassle and alleviating a lot of frustration. Let’s be honest a chipped windshield is a small issue. But, she genuinely cared about helping me, in this day and age of press 1 to continue in English, or not even being able to talk to a person! "To Meghan and Team, I’m sorry I’m so late on writing this review. I was in a wreck back in December 2023. My child’s car seat was in the vehicle during the wreck, so I asked for it to be replaced per the manufacturer’s instructions. State Farm initially denied my claim because the wreck did not meet the NHTSA guidelines for car seat replacement. Cool. I told them that’s fine, and I only requested a letter of their assuming liability since they were overruling the manufacturer’s instructions. This turned into a lot of back and forth between myself, Meghan and Team (Erica in my particular case), and State Farm. In the end, Meghan and team were able to get the car seat replaced after I pointed out that the NHTSA guidelines explicitly state to follow manufacturer instructions. With Meghan and Erica having to go back and forth with State Farm and myself several times, I’m very appreciative they went to bat for me."

"I have been a State Farm customer for several years along with my husband. Between 2022 and 2024, we filed two claims for storm damage, specifically due to hail and wind. One claim was partially approved, covering only a section of our roof, while the other claim for damage to our fencing was denied. Recently, I was denied insurance coverage for a new home due to these previous claims. Living in Oklahoma, we frequently experience severe weather conditions such as wind, hail, ice storms, and tornadoes.
